BAM!, il raduno europeo dei viaggiatori in bicicletta, il pi\u00f9 grande evento dedicato al cicloturismo in Europa, torna a Mantova, dal 17 al 19 maggio 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sono attesi migliaia di viaggiatori da tutta Italia e dall\u2019estero<\/strong>,\n appassionati che si daranno appuntamento di fronte ai laghi di Mantova \nper condividere la passione per il viaggio e per la bicicletta. Il tema di questa edizione<\/strong>, raccontato dall\u2019illustrazione ufficiale di Fabio Consoli, \u00e8 quello della fratellanza<\/strong>, del viaggio inteso come occasione di incontro.

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il dato diffuso dal Sole 24 Ore sulla crescita del cicloturismo in Italia, + 41% negli ultimi 5 anni<\/strong>,\n \u00e8 interessante per descrivere l\u2019interesse attorno a questo \nappuntamento, che \u00e8 anche un momento di confronto e riflessione per \nl\u2019intero settore.

La formula \u00e8 la stessa, quella che da quattro\n edizioni, da Livigno, alla Rocca di Noale (VE) sino a Mantova, richiama\n appassionati da tutta Italia e dall\u2019estero: un raduno durante il quale incontrare amici, condividere storie, pianificare viaggi e soprattutto divertirsi, in sella e non.

<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il programma e il concerto di Neri Marcor\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saranno\n tre giorni di musica, di incontri con grandi viaggiatori, scrittori, \nartisti e addetti ai lavori, sempre senza alcuna formalit\u00e0 o barriera: \nsi pianta la tenda nello stesso posto e si condivide la strada per \narrivare. Tutti assieme: viaggiatori del weekend e persone che hanno \npedalato attorno al mondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oltre\n a pedalate, concerti, incontri e workshop, ci saranno delle novit\u00e0, \nsoprattutto nel coinvolgimento di associazioni, a partire dalla FIAB<\/strong>,\n e appassionati provenienti anche dall\u2019estero, in modo da rendere il \nBAM! anche una vetrina per il territorio e per il cicloturismo italiano.
Il venerd\u00ec sera l\u2019evento si apre con il concerto gratuito di Neri Marcor\u00e9<\/strong>; la musica dal vivo sar\u00e0 inoltre protagonista anche sabato sera e domenica mattina.

Sia sabato, sia domenica si andr\u00e0 alla scoperta del territorio e dei suoi sapori<\/strong>: per i pi\u00f9 allenati, il percorso suggerito va verso la Littorina del Mincio per il \u201cpolletto gravel party\u201d<\/strong>, per chi vuole faticare meno, si va andr\u00e0 sud, all’Ostello dei Concari, per il “Bigoli lambrusco gravel party”.

Sabato pomeriggio e domenica mattina in programma anche workshop tecnici e incontri.<\/strong>
\n Come sempre grande attenzione anche al cibo: oltre ai truck food \ngourmet, anche il Giro d\u2019Italia dei sapori, birra artigianale e vino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BAM! ospiter\u00e0 anche il Van “Support cyclists on the road”<\/strong>, il progetto di Selle Royal che offre assistenza meccanica gratuita e un ottimo caff\u00e8 Bristot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I gruppi in arrivo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il\n cuore del BAM! \u00e8 il viaggio e, per questo, il vero inizio dell\u2019evento \n\u00e8 quando gli appassionati partono da casa in bicicletta per arrivare a \nMantova: i gruppi sono gi\u00e0 numerosi, da Torino a Milano, da Firenze a \nGenova, da Lubiana a Bologna, sino a Roma, a Berlino, alle Marche e alla\n Sicilia.

Gli ospiti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saranno\n numerosi gli ospiti, sul palco per condividere le loro storie: da Willy\n Mulonia, di ritorno da un viaggio invernale dell\u2019Alaska, a Dino \nLanzaretti, da Darinka Montico all\u2019ultra cyclist Ilaria Corli, fino a \nFrancesco Gusmeri, che ha pedalato da Brescia sino all\u2019Australia, e a \nValentina Brunet. Sul palco anche Paolo Pileri, ideatore del grande \nprogetto Vento. Spazio anche alle storie di Fulvio Silvestri e alle \nopere dell‘artista Luca di Maggio. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mantova<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mantova,\n citt\u00e0 impegnata nella mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile e nella valorizzazione del\n turismo a due ruote, ospiter\u00e0 per la seconda volta il BAM! nel \nsuggestivo Lungolago Gonzaga, sotto le mura medievali, e l\u2019area \ncampeggio di fronte al lago, offrendo ai viaggiatori una vista \nmozzafiato sulla citt\u00e0.
L\u2019area campeggio BAM! accoglier\u00e0 non solo le tende dei viaggiatori, ma anche le confortevoli tende Pop-Up<\/strong>, gi\u00e0 montate e con i letti all\u2019interno e, per la prima volta, le Kartent<\/strong>, originali tende in cartone riciclabile.

Bike\n travelers from all over Europe meet for three days in Mantua for the \nfifth edition of BAM!, the European meeting of bicycle travelers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\n the large area in front of the Mantua lakes space for meetings with \ngreat travelers and writers, workshops, concerts and rides in the area. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BAM!,\n the European meeting of bicycle travelers, the biggest event dedicated \nto bike travel in Europe, returns to Mantua, from the 17th to the 19th \nof May 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thousands\n of travelers from all over Italy and abroad are expected, enthusiasts \nwho will meet in front of the Mantua lakes to share their passion for \ntraveling and cycling. The theme of this edition, told by the official \nillustration of Fabio Consoli, is that of brotherhood and of a journey \nintended as an opportunity to meet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\n formula is the same, the one that from four editions, from Livigno, to \nRocca di Noale (VE) up to Mantua, attracts enthusiasts from all over \nItaly and abroad: a gathering during which you meet friends, share \nstories, plan trips and above all, have fun on and off the saddle.

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\n will be three days of music, of meetings with great travelers, writers,\n artists and experts, always without any formality or barrier: you all \npitch the tent in the same place and share the road. All together: \nweekend travelers and people who have cycled around the world. In \naddition to rides, concerts, meetings and workshops, there will be news,\n especially in the involvement of associations, starting from the FIAB, \nand enthusiasts coming from abroad, in order to make BAM! also a \nshowcase for the territory and for Italian cycling tourism.
\n On Friday evening the event opens with the free concert by italian \nsinger and actor Neri Marcor\u00e9; live music will also be featured on \nSaturday evening and Sunday morning.
\n Both Saturday and Sunday you will discover the territory and its \nflavors: for the most trained, the suggested route goes towards the \nLittorina del Mincio for the “Polletto bike party”, for those who want \nto work less, you go south for the \u201cBigoli lambrusco gravel party\u201d.
Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning there will also be technical workshops and meetings.
As always great attention to food: in addition to gourmet truck food, also the Tour of Italy of flavors, craft beer and wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BAM! will host also Selle Royal project “Support cyclists on the road”<\/strong> that provide free mechanical check up and Bristot coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incoming groups<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\n heart of BAM! is the journey and, for this reason, the real beginning \nof the event is when the enthusiasts leave home by bicycle to arrive in \nMantua: the groups are already numerous, from Turin to Milan, from \nFlorence to Genoa, from Ljubljana to Bologna, up to in Rome, in Berlin, \nin the Marche and in Sicily.

The Guests<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many\n guests will be on stage to share their stories: from Willy Mulonia, \nreturning from a winter crossing in Alaska, to Dino Lanzaretti, from \nDarinka Montico to the ultra-cyclist Ilaria Corli, to Francesco Gusmeri,\n who pedaled from Brescia up to Australia and also Paolo Pileri, creator\n of the great Vento project, will also be on stage. These are just a few\n of the great names who will be with us at BAM!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mantua<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mantua,\n a city committed to sustainable mobility and the enhancement of \ntwo-wheeled tourism, will host BAM! for the second time in the \npicturesque Lungolago Gonzaga, under the medieval walls, and the camping\n area facing the lake, offering travelers a breath-taking view of the \ncity.
The \nBAM! Camping area will welcome not only the travelers\u2019 tents, but also \nthe comfortable Pop- Up tents which are already assembled and with the \nbeds inside. This year for the first time, there will also be the \nKartent, original recyclable cardboard tents.

BAM!\n is a free event: the only reservations needed are for the tent space \nand for the Pop-Up or Kartent tents. It is possible to book online at \nbameurope.it. It’s also possible to register for the Saturday and Sunday\n rides and purchase the event’s technical t-shirts and shirts.
