Conoscere e difendere\u00a0i propri diritti – Autodifesa Legale<\/h3>\n

La normativa sull’immigrazione, nella sua progettazione cos\u00ec come nella forma esecutiva, toglie libert\u00e0, restringe la giustizia e, a ben guardare, non aggiunge sicurezza. Essa persegue un disegno ben preciso, di emarginazione sociale e giuridica dello straniero in quanto diverso.
\nNelle tortuosit\u00e0 di una legislazione complessa e spesso fumosa, a volte si perdono perfino giuristi, avvocati e operatori, figuriamoci un semplice cittadino migrante!
\nIl corso si rivolge quindi a tutti i migranti (o autoctoni) che desiderino avere le nozioni di base e i riferimenti utili per autotutelarsi, o semplicemente per prevenire complicazioni burocratiche, per conoscere le strutture del territorio e i servizi offerti.
\nI corsi saranno tenuti da un legale e verranno divisi in gruppi linguistici, in presenza di un mediatore culturale\/interprete, per meglio agevolare la comprensione.
\nGli incontri si svolgeranno al raggiungimento di un numero minimo di partecipanti.
\nVerranno affrontati i seguenti argomenti:
\n-Permesso di soggiorno;
\n-Espulsioni\/CIE\/Rimpatri;
\n-Diritti\/doveri delle autorit\u00e0 e delle forze dell’ordine;
\n-Uffici sportelli e servizi in citt\u00e0;
\nGli argomenti possono essere integrati in base alle necessit\u00e0 dei partecipanti.<\/p>\n

Knowing and defending one\u2019s rights – Legal self-defense<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Italian legislation on immigration, both in principle and in practice, deprives individuals of freedom, reduces justice and \u2013 upon closer examination \u2013 does not increase security. Indeed, it is aimed precisely at the migrants’ social and legal marginalisation for their diversity.
\nWith such a complex and often unclear corpus of laws \u2013 in which even jurists, lawyers and operators get lost \u2013 a common migrant citizen can have a hard time!
\nThis course is therefore intended to all the migrants (and locals) who wish to have basic information and useful references to defend themselves, or simply prevent red-tape issues and become aware of the bodies existing on the territory as well as the services they offer.
\nClasses will be held by a legal expert and organised according to linguistic groups, with the assistance of a cultural mediator\/interpreter who will help in ensuring a better understanding.
\nA minimum number of participants is required for the course to take place.
\nIn particular, the following subjects will be dealt with:
\n– Permit of stay;
\n-Deportation\/CIE (Immigration detention centres)\/Repatriation;
\n-Police and authorities’ rights and duties;
\n-Local immigration offices and services
